Hi and thank you for visiting my website :) I am Hannah and for over 20 years I have worked with families in early years, in our family run children’s day nursery. I worked my way up from cleaning in the evenings as a teenager to becoming manager and director, whilst also becoming a mum to my three children who are now 21, 14 and 3.
In 2020 we made the decision to close the nursery due to family circumstances and the pandemic. I moved from Kent to Suffolk to be closer to my mum and start my next venture in life!
Helping people has always been a natural part of my nature and I have always had an interest in mental health and the way people process things differently. I have suffered with anxiety, depression, post natal depression and low self esteem on and off throughout my life, always trying new therapy’s to help get out of the black hole I often found myself in. Most would work or help for awhile but before long I soon dipped . Until I tried clinical hypnotherapy with a therapist in Kent, in 2016. This was the only therapy that worked with a long lasting effect.
I was always interested to learn more and loved the idea of being able to help people over come life challenges and change their life around like I had been able to, so when my circumstances changed and I moved I decided to train in clinical hypnotherapy. I am now able to work from home around my family commitments to help others, this was by far the best decision I could have made. I absolutely love meeting all the different clients that walk through my door and best of all is seeing the change in someone after just a few sessions. I currently work with (ages 8-24 years) children, teens and young adults.

Hypnosis is being in a deep relaxed state, where you are still very much aware of yourself and your surroundings. You are still very much in control of yourself and able to respond while remaining in a relaxed state. When in such a deep relaxed state your mind is open to positive suggestion and will process ways to make positive changes and change habit patterns that you would like to change or break away from for the better!
